ABOUT
David Carroll, Owner of DCS, is a graduate of University of Mississippi with a bachelor of science in Civil Engineering. Following graduation, he practiced structural engineering as an EIT, designing large scale commercial projects across the Southeast. This experience accelerated his growth as a general contractor, where he has been operating a business for the last 20 years in both public and private sectors. He has effectively managed an aggregate construction volume in excess of two hundred million dollars in cost.
